Pan-Seared Kokanee Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients:

  • 4 Kokanee salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

  • Zest of one lemon

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Fresh dill for garnish

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:
